Automatic Polymer Dispensing Machine

1. Working process 

Generally, the automatic polymer dispensing machine is installed before spiral type sludge dewatering equipment.

When the machine is working, the polymer will be dosed by flowing into three functional tanks-mixing tank, aging tank, storage tank. Each tank is separated to make sure the polymer has enough reaction time and keep constant concentration. 

This machine can be operated full automatically. Without human factors, solution stays in stable concentration.
