Introduction


In order to meet the requirements of customers, our company has developed Mobile Sludge Dewatering System, which can be used as a moving sludge treatment workshop.
This system is equipped with screw type sludge dewatering equipment, progressive cavity pump, polymer dispensing machine, polymer dosing pump, electronic control system, container, mobile vehicle frame and other devices. If necessary, it can also be equipped with generating unit.

♦ Model selection: Sludge type, sludge volume, solid content and daily runtime of machine are necessary.

♦ Raw material: SS304 or SS316 (according to different sludge types,sludge containing much chloride ion needs SS316).

♦ Corollary equipments: Sludge pump and polymer dosing pump are used together with screw press.
