1. What is Shaftless screw conveyor?

Shaftless Screw Conveyor is combined with driving motor frame helical blade U-channel section nylon scale board and cover plate. Dry sludge are transferred by helical blade with no clogging. Due to its compact design saves construction space. With cover plate all sludge moves in an enclosed chamber so no secondary pollution. 
Generally, it is used after the Screw Type Sludge Dewatering Equipment.
Usually installation angle is less than 20°. If 20°~30°required, it has to be special cust.omized
