1. What is automatic polymer dispensing machine?
Automatic Polymer Dispensing Machine is composed of water supply system, dry powder feeding system, dissolving and curing system and automatic control system.
As an integrated machine with functions of polymer dosing, mixing and automatic control, the automatic polymer dispensing machine is used to dissolve or dilute the polymer which are in the power or liquid state. Generally, it is installed before spiral type sludge dewatering equipment.
When the machine is working, the polymer will be dosed by flowing into three functional tanks-mixing tank, aging tank, storage tank. Each tank is separated to make sure the polymer has enough reaction time and keep constant concentration.
