Mobile Sludge Dewatering System
In order to meet the requirements of customers, our company has developed Mobile Sludge Dewatering System, which can be used as a moving sludge treatment workshop. This system is equipped with screw type sludge dewatering equipment, progressive cavity pump, polymer dispensing machine, polymer dosing pump, electronic control system, container, mobile vehicle frame and other devices. If necessary, it can also be equipped with generating unit.

1. The floor space is more over 50% smaller than common equipment as the whole system is installed in one container.
2. Lower upfront costs as no need of civil work and steel frame mill plant.

4. Treating the sludge directly on site could save sludge transport costs and avoid environmental pollution caused by large amount of sludge transport.
5. With the main feature of mobility, users can change locations or share one set of equipment in multiple places according to their needs, which is beneficial to save equipment investment.
6. Easy installation. For normal operation, users only need to connect the inlet and outlet water pipes with the equipment directly.
